Plot Summary: Young Greg McCoy has been living in Hefterfield for nearly 11 years. Although he's the bottom of his class and isn't what you would call the "perfect child", He is still bright nonetheless. However, he is setback by the weirdo down the street, Norm RaggleShmaggle. Norm has stalked, talked about and most importantly annoyed Greg to the point of insanity. In order to maintain his remaining sanity, Greg begins to write a guide, a guide that will not only make him more popular, but will also test his heart.
