Why was this deleted? :'(
Anyhow, here I go....again
"Brilliant Silence" by Spencer Holst
1. This story focused on bears whom, after an accident at their circus, travel deep into the woods of South America.
2. The first sentence attempts to capture our attention by describing the bears and their part within the circus.
3. The ending symbolizes how things, once learned, are never forgotten.
4. The title enhances the end of the story, in which the bears dance in the silence of the forest. This shows that even without the crowds or the lights, the bears are still able to do what they love.
5. I did not enjoy the story very well, mainly due to the exposition of the story. The author did a poor job transitioning between events and did not really explain the main theme of this story to an effect in which the reader could understand it.
